Promised-One of Ghadir

Ghadir was the final beginning of an eternal destination; Ghadir is alive and its final phase is yet to be fulfilled. The Prophet Mohammad (PBUH & HP) at Ghadir repeated the promise given by all previous Prophets (PBUT); the promise of God’s Lordship on earth. By Allah’s command, the last holy Prophet, at Ghadir, delivered his final public sermon in which he clearly indicated the Divinely Bestowed Successorship of ‘Ali and his Infallible children from ‘Ali and Fatimah (PBUT). He gave the news that the Saviour whom every true monotheist has been waiting for, was going to be from his Progeny. This is what he said in regard to the Savior, Imam Mahdi (PBUH):

“Know that the last of the Imams from among us shall be the Qaa’em, the Mahdi.

He shall, most certainly, prevail over (all) religions.

He shall definitely be the avenger against the oppressors.

He shall surely be the conqueror of the strongholds and their demolisher.

He shall be, indeed, the destroyer of every polytheistic group.

He shall be the attainer of vengeance for the blood of all representatives of Allah, the mighty, the majestic.

He shall be the supporter and helper of the religion of Allah.

He shall bring out big portions from deep oceans.

He shall mark each man of distinction by his distinction and every man of ignorance by his ignorance.

Behold! He is the elite of Allah, and Allah is his chooser.

He shall be the heir of every knowledge, and the one who shall encompass [every perception].

He shall advise and inform on behalf of his Lord, the mighty and the majestic, and shall remind about the matters pertaining to His Faith.

He shall be the right-minded and unerring, to whom authority shall be vested.

Behold! All former (prophets) have given the glad tidings of him.

Know that he shall be the remaining Proof (of Allah), after whom there shall be no (new) proof.

There shall be no truth except with him, nor shall there be any light (of guidance) except at his disposal.

None, indeed, shall overcome him, and none shall be supported against him.

He shall be authorized representative of Allah on His earth, his judge over His creation, and his trustee in His secrets and in what He made evident.”

O our beloved Prophet! We have heard your message; our forefathers have transferred the message of Ghadir to us as you commanded in that unforgettable day and we shall also, God-willing, transfer the message of Ghadir to our children until the day that the final Promise of Ghadir will be fulfilled.

O the Merciful Allah! We implore You in the Name of ‘Ali,the Amir-Ol-Mo’menin, (PBUH) to let that Promised day happen sooner rather than later and as the result, shower Mohammad and his progeny (PBUT) with celestial joy and us too.
