Guiding lights

In the beautiful Hadith which we have been narrating from our beloved Prophet Mohammad (PBUH&HP), the Prophet has mentioned some facts regarding certain of his adherents in the Final Days (AakharO-Zzamaan). Last week, we talked about the fact that the steadfast adherents of the Prophet in the Last Days, remain faithful to their religion -no matter what- and in the process, they may experience many hardships, but those hardships do not cause them to deviate from the Right Path.

In the same Hadith, the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH&HP) has also mentioned that:

… They (Believers of Aakhar-O-Zzamaan) are guiding torches… .

(Behaar-Ol-Anwaar)

This is another particularity of those who have the honor of being considered as the brothers and sisters of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH&HP); i.e. they are not only steadfast in their beliefs and with all the hardships, maintain their own religion, but also they guide others. They eagerly want to share the light of Allah which is shining in their hearts; they are the guiding light for others.

Let us try to maintain our faith and let us also endeavour to help each other in hard times -when doubts, thoughts, pressures,… try to encompass our hearts and minds-, until the glorious Day that our lord and Mawla -Imam Mahdi (PBUH)- shall return and the light of God will shine upon all hearts… .
