Fatimah, ‘Ali (PBUT)’s Army according to the Bible Part 1

Fatimah, ‘Ali (PBUT)’s Army according to the Bible

Part 1

A researcher by the name of Mr. Esmail Hemmati, in his book The Spirit of Truth: Bible the Herald of Quran, 2017, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, P. 57-58, has interpreted Bible: Song of Solomon 6:9, 10, 13:

Song of Solomon 6:13 Return, return, O Shulamite; return, return, that we may look upon thee. What will ye see in the Shulamite? As it were the company of two armies.

Mr. Hemmati has shown in his book that the Arabic equivalent for the name Shulamite mentioned in Song of Solomon 6:13 is the name Salimah. After analyzing interpretations of biblical commentators regarding this  name, Mr. Hemmati then uses preceding statements Song of Solomon 6:9-10 to find out  how  the Prophet Sulayman  (Solomon, PBUH) himself has introduced this Lady Salimah.

Song of Solomon 6:9 My dove, my undefiled is but one; she is the only one of her mother, she is the choice one of her that bare her. The daughters saw her, and blessed her; yea, the queens and the concubines, and they praised her. 6:10 Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners?

According to these two statements of the Prophet Solomon  (PBUH), Holy Lady Salimah- who has been mentioned by the epithet dove (being a symbol of holiness, innocence, gentleness, tenderness, peace, … according  to Biblical terminology)- has the following characteristics: 1) She is Undefiled,  meaning Infallible, 2) One of a kind, 3) The only child of her mother, 4) Chosen, 5) Blessed, 6) Praised by all, 7) Brilliant as the morning, beautiful as the moon  and pure as the sun, 8) An army  Full of reverential awe and with banners.

Mr. E. Hemmati has addressed and offered proofs for the first seven items in his valuable book which we refer readers to; we only wish to add more supporting points regarding these first items. But the main point of this article is in regard to item eight, which Mr. Hemmati has not addressed. We wish to present undeniable proofs that the item number eight is the foremost proof that this Holy Lady Salimah is indeed the one and only Lady Fatimah (PBUH). It is also noteworthy to mention that, as Mr. Hemmati has also stated, Salimah is indeed one of Hadrat Fatimah (PBUH)’s epithets.

In regard to item 1 i.e. the Infallibility of this praised Lady, as mentioned by Mr. Hemmati too, in Christian theology and Biblical teachings in general, such a concept i.e. the infallibility and immaculacy of a lady have not existed!

As for Judaism: “Modern rabbis insist that original sin was invented by Paul [in Christianity*], and that it does not have a Jewish antecedent. Instead, rabbinic Judaism explains human evil in terms of “yeṣer ha-raʻ,” “the evil inclination.” But evidence from Second Temple period wisdom and apocalyptic literature suggests that ideas like Paul’s were indeed common in certain quarters of Jewish thought in the first century. Paul’s doctrine of original sin draws from an assortment of Old Testament texts. What seems novel in Romans 5 is essentially an aspect of his apocalyptic vision. Rabbinic texts from the Mishnah onwards intentionally suppress this apocalyptic account of original sin. Instead of original sin, rabbinic doctrine posits the yeṣer ha-raʻ as the explanation for human wickedness. This is an innate aspect of human nature. But it is something that good discipline, and especially the practice of Torah, can amend. Some aspects of Pauline teaching actually run parallel to these later texts pertaining to the yeṣer ha-raʻ, as well. In particular, his use of sarx seems to be a theological cognate to this concept of an evil inclination.” (Yeṣer ha-Raʻ and Original Sin, Matthew Wade Umbarger. A Catholic scholar.)

*Paul- who used to be a Jew- usurped the God-Bestowed position of Prophet Jesus’ God-Chosen Successor and distorted the Prophet Jesus’ (PBUH) teachings so much so that today’s so called Christianity is known as Pauline Christianity …

In other words while Judaism may deny the concept of the so called Original Sin but in reality the root of the distorted Christian Original Sin is in Judaism and their distorted belief that wickedness is an INNATE ASPECT OF HUMAN NATURE. And in general, Jews and Christians alike, specifically believe in wickedness of women.

In the Hebrew Bible there are abundant sources for Judaism belief of wickedness of women and Paul’s teaching of Original Sin of the first woman. As a sample: Psalm 51:5: “Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me.”

And Christians believe that all humans are born sinners because of Eve’s original sin! While the Protestants still believe Mary mother of Jesus (PBUT) was born a sinner, the Catholic Church, to justify its manmade doctrines, has recently created a manmade goddess!!!

Thus today’s followers of Bible, with their current beliefs, cannot claim that the immaculate Lady praised by the Prophet Solomon is any biblical female personality such as Hadrat Maryam (PBUH) …

According to the Pure teachings of Islam- as taught by the Holy Qur’an and the Prophet Muhammad and the Lady Fatimah and the twelve Infallible Imams (PBUT)- every infant is born absolutely sinless and upon Fitrah (INNATE NATURE OF BELIEVING IN THE ONE AND ONLY GOD …), and later it is the parents and … who may mislead the child away from monotheism toward polytheism and disbelief. And when the child grows into a responsible adult he/she decides freely to follow wrong or right beliefs, sin, repent or … These kinds of Hadiths are part of the interpretation of the verse 30 of the Surah Rume (30) of the Magnificent Qur’an.
